The packing time after order received is approximately 2-3 days for the quantity which is less than 100 tons. The packing time for the order which is about 1000 tons is within 30 days.

As the shipping products have different chemical interactions with each other, our shipping department pay the most attention on the packing and the shipping procedures. Take of of the examples as the ferrosilicon lump, the package bag is made of high-quality plastic woven fabric. The volatile moisture product is also prohibited in the ferrosilicon storage because of the ferrosilicon releases hydrogen when it exposes to water or moisture. Normally we load the ferrosilicon bags under 4 heights or 6 heights. Our storage is divided by various of areas for different kinds of products such as the dry and ventilated space is suitable for ferrosilicon. We purchase reliable heavy-duty forklifts and other loading equipment for the safe and fast loading process.

Except for that, we have weekly inventory in shipping department. The purpose is to provide a fast and accurate packing and shipping process for our customers. In conclusion, the main goal is to make sure our customers receive products on time with high quality product performance.
