-Uses of fesi lump:

-Ferrosilicon lump is often used as a deoxidizer during steelmaking. Because of SIO2 can emit a large amount of heat when it generates, it is also beneficial for increasing the temperature of molten steel while deoxidizing

-Fesi lump can be used as alloying element additives which is widely used in low-alloy structural steel, spring steel, bearing steel, heat-resistant steel and electrical silicon steel. 

-Fesi can be used as an inoculant and spheroidizing agent in the cast iron industry.

-How do we process packaging of ferrosilicon:

The ferrosilicon should be packaged well before delivery. The requirements for ton-level packaging belts are pretty strict. Each bag is supposed be 1 ton or 1.25 ton and the material should be plastic woven fabric. Because of ferrosilicon will release hydrogen when it exposes to water or moisture, we must be careful not to load it beside the product with volatile moisture. Generally we can load ferrosilicon bags under 4 heights or 6 heights (each height is layer). The ferrosilicon is a ferroalloy product of various of shapes, so it is easy to break the packaging bag. We should separate it well at the bottom of bag, What is more, The precaution of ferrosilicon storage should be ensured that it is stored in a dry and ventilated environment. The packed bag of ferrosilicon should also be tied tightly when we stack so that we can avoid scattering of ferrosilicon.
